      Pros

      Best team work I have ever experienced! Staff that is willing to help anyone to grow and become a part of the team.

      Cons

      Cannot see all of your patients from one place. Long hallway can put you far from your team. This is specific to Proctor in Peoria.

      Having to take low census. Salary. Long hours with no breaks.

      Pros

      The past 2 years, leaders are actually considering suggestions employees give to increase employee engagement. There are so many new ideas that have already been implemented. We are not micromanaged at all. We are responsible for making up time if needed,etc. People have options to work from home on the administration side.

      Cons

      The pay is on the bottom 10%-15% of the salary scale.
