      Great facility. Good first out-of-college job. Mostly amiable patients.

      Cons

      New manager was overzealous and seemed to have control issues. Coworkers were not open to change in the way the program was run.

      Pros

      Decent Health Insurance. My coworkers are fantastic. 401K benefits. Fitness incentive/gym partnerships made it easy to have a healthier lifestyle.

      Cons

      Night shift is always overlooked. Floating to other floors was horrendous. Staff aren't treated well.
