      Do encourage good work/balance, competitive salary w/good benefits

      Cons

      Always moving forward and acquiring without taking the time to stop and fix what's currently wrong with the system. Always adding more workout seeing if we have enough people cover said work.

      Management is not supportive nor do they have a vested interest in keeping their employees, This is why the turnover rate is so high. Very unappreciative.
