Unity Point is unhealthy and toxic., the whole company is majority white there were only two blk ppl on my team. there credential process is long , an they expect for you to get it ASAP… communication is horrible I ended up resigning an before I could even write my resignation letter they denied my access so I couldn’t even send it out to everybody. The hiring process was rushed I literally was there 2 months too worst job ever.

Lack of communication, management doesn’t speak to one another.

Lower pay in area compared to surrounding

Lower wages, Leadership communication is lacking.
