Managers for the most part are lazy and out of touch, some are downright unethical. Don't believe the opportunity for "unlimited earning potential" via uncapped annual bonuses. They will change the growth goal target mid year if they feel they are paying/ will have to pay the sales staff too much in bonuses. This is flat out taking away money that you have earned! You have to fight every bit of the way to get what you are owed. Benefits have been cut also to the point of making them practically worthless.

So many I will have to make bullet points: * 2 billion dollar company stops all company wide spending for investors, can't even buy coffee for employees or spend money on work supplies like paper and pens. * Management is a joke. So top heavy. No need for 3 managers to manage a team of 12 people *Favoritism at its finest. One person received a 18k raise in one year from being the bosses favorite, while others in the department received no raises at all. *No training at all, basically you are hired and you need to figure it out on your own *Revolving door, this office is a soul sucker. Management is unhelpful, rude, and condescending. When you ask for help they act like you are stupid for even asking. *One manager sits in his office all day just looking at fishing pictures and does nothing else. *Will do anything they can to not pay you your earned commission. They will tell you, they will pay you out and right before you are supposed to be paid they hold a meeting that they are cutting your earned bonus to only 40% pay out for investors. *Every person in every department is miserable This is just scratching the surface. Don't let the recruiting company lie to you and tell you this is an amazing place to work. It's not. When you walk in it's like a library, no energy at all. Every single day was agony knowing I had to get up to go to work there.
