Upper management does not care about their employees at the bottom of the ladder. There is a huge amount of favoritism within the company. I have a feeling the CEO is a sexist. There is NO employee morale. There is no incentive to work how hard we’re expected to. They say overtime is optional unless they make it mandatory but they make you feel like your job is at jeopardy if you don’t do OT (verifications department). The employees might as well be robots because we’re treated as such. The rules for the job description are unnecessarily strict. You can’t talk, they’ve threatened to take away cell phones for the day if they’re seen, you can’t listen to music, and much more. Don’t expect to get a raise or even a 1 year review for that matter. A majority of the time management is talking down to you and telling you everything you do wrong but will never praise you for anything you do properly. We get great compensation for referring friends and I still would never consider letting a friend work for this company. This is a large company that has been established for years and they haven’t figured out how to keep their good employees, that alone says it’s all. No one feels appreciated and the people who deserve to praised are ignored. This company is a JOKE. oh did I mention pay is the absolute worst.

They compare you to your co workers and don't even care. Will overwork you and expect more if others are doing more. So the harder someone else works the harder you need to work as well. No way to climb the corporate ladder. Been there 5 years and no promotion even with doing OT daily and hitting my numbers. You only get promoted if they like you and you're friendly with management.
