Pros

Day time hours with no weekend shifts

Cons

You are always pushed beyond your limits. Many people get fired for falsifying data in an attempt to get done and go home. HR says there is no mandatory overtime but you have to fight for your rights to leave when your scheduled shift is over. The quality of work that I'm forced to put out is so crappy that it makes me ashamed to have my name on it. If you complain about having too much work you are told that you need work harder to get it done. The only positive reviews for this company are from management. No raises, No reviews, No advancement, No complaining allowed.

Pros

It's really easy. Okay benefits.

Cons

Call center environment. Poor management. Gossip and high school feel. No raises and no wiggle room to move up. They don't want you at work sick but they don't want you to call out sick. Not family friendly at all, so don't be a single parent, or a parent at all with a young child in school. Everyone talks bad about everyone. The "leads" are basically management pets, only a couple decent ones. Most let the power go to their heads. Don't expect a raise for extra work being done, or don't expect a big raise. People been here for years, do several jobs and see little to no raise for it. Expect a LOT of idiotic meetings about people not flushing toilets, people wearing perfume or cologne, that someone stepped down from their job. Things that can don't need a meeting for but they take up 30 minutes of our work time and get mad when people don't meet quota attempts. Expect a lot of coughing, sneezing and wear a jacket because it's freezing. To clarify, it's $12/hr, not $10-$16, just a flat $12.

Simply, okay.

Pros

Once you're trained and know how to navigate the system, this job is relatively easy.

Cons

They NEVER give raises. When employees start looking for higher paying jobs they don't fight to keep them. There is also no room for growth. You can know every position within this company and still make barely above minimum wage.
