Pros

They had bagel Friday's pre-Covid.

Cons

Top directors don't always know what they want. Lots of politics, if they don't like you they set you up for failure. They'll say one thing during the interview and then forget later on.

No growth, going in circles, people in charge are clueless & liars, and they will take credit for your work, many who lead the software projects don't have any background in software

High pay and good colleagues

Cons

Management talks about what's possible during the interview but forgets about it later on. Either managers are always gone and hard to get a hold of or they're around but try to sabotage you because you don't agree with their personal beliefs. Or you build the project to their design and they last minute throw it out and expect a new version with little extra time.
