Pros

Rapid growth while remaining financially stable. As the company continues to expand nation wide each department also grows with it. Great benefits. Beautiful campus. Lots of community outreach programs and the company celebrates most holidays. Campus has 24/7 Security so never a worry about personal or car safety.

Cons

Parking is problematic at this point. Small lunch rooms

Pros

Universal is a growing company with a ton of opportunity to learn as well as grow within the company. Universal offers great benefits to it's full time employees. I have been an employee at Universal a little over two years now and I personally love how the management team works with it's employees. Always willing to teach anyone willing to learn.

Cons

Not many cons with this company.
