Pros

Overall experience has been phenomenal. I would highly recommend working here to anyone who is interested. I interned at UPCIC for the past 4 years. Once, I graduated I was offered a job and would not turn this away. Universal has done nothing but great things for me. I have nothing but Positive things to say about the company. -Positive environment -Dedicated Employees -Christmas Party

Good please to work, even if you are just starting your career in the insurance field, every day is a learning experience and never a dull moment.

Cons

Having a dedicated cafeteria would be great as well as an exercise facility.
