Pros

*Room for growth, moving up the ranks is possible, if you study and train yourself. *Reimbursements on certification exam fees after passing A+, Network + , MCSA and MSCE examinations. (Certifications are required based on position held.) *401k match starting day one! *Full medical, dental & eye insurance after 90 days. Health care plans are some of the best out there. *Overtime (albeit it's not every week). *Lots of paid holidays after first 90 days.

Cons

Every work environment has its downsides. - Business professional attire (tie) during smoldering summer weather and while crawling under a desk installing equipment.

Pros

Benefits, that is what makes you stay.

Cons

If you do not know anyone, you have 0 chances of promotion. It is ALL about who you know and who you hang out with. I have seen it happened multiple times where much more deserving people do not get a promotion because these people do not go to happy hours with the right persons. They have promoted people that have a history of discrimination as a manager and I was personally discriminated against by this person. All they care about is the production, production, production. They throw you a bone here and there and make it look like they did you a favor so you can work even harder. They came up with a big Career Path to make it equal for everyone to be able to pursue a promotion but that only worked for a while because only respected for the mundanes. And the CEO?? Beside throwing huge parties and spending tons of money on it, what about giving raise to your hard working employees? People that know him personally are his disciples. From an outside perspective, he looks like a guru and they all drink his words surrounded by his security guards. Every time he comes to the HQ, it is like Queen Elizabeth is in town. I will not even mention the shady things happening there ...

Pros

If you put in your time and work hard the company rewards you. Since the company was growing there was a lot of room for advancing.

Cons

I do not have any bad things to say about the company.
