No dress code. Santa Monica. Free employee parking. DMV across the street.

Cons

Very uneducated, unqualified and unprofessional managers including the Human Resource managers. People become managers and supervisors by how much butt they kiss and backs they stab. An over abundance of favoritism with food being the motivating factor. Several obese managers show favoritism towards employees which offers to buy lunch for them. If you are not kissing up you are excluded from concert tickets, extra long lunches and out of office parties. HR fully aware but look the other way and try to convince employees that they are the problem. Typical management and very common throughout the company.

As an employee of the company, there are numerous opportunities to meet an exceptional pool of experienced music executives and attend music-based events. I love my colleagues!!

Cons

Sadly, for all but a few, the company does not demonstrate interest in or place much value in employee career path development. A position without growth can only provide (at best) short-term satisfaction.
