      Pros

      It pays fairly well, love the Holiday Gift Week, nice vacation/sick/personal policy. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Favoritism, neoptism, etc by higher ups is at its finest here. Seniority, loyalty means nothing to this company. They try to circumvent union rules, FML, etc. until they get caught. Overloaded on upper management.

      Pros

      Great location (in Santa Monica), co-workers were friendly, overall nice people.

      Cons

      While co-workers and upper management are friendly, it seems to be a bit difficult to advance from the position you're already at.

      Laid back atmosphere, free access to shows

      Cons

      The company still think it's 1995 and CD's will always be popular. They focus on wringing sales out of CD's and barely focus on digital strategy or innovation.
