Pros

Perks, Free Food, Free Admission, Local Unlike Disney, All Shifts Available and sometimes you have some managers and team members that work with you, the rest are straight aholes.

Cons

Uniform bags. Really? I.D. replacement costs so much money, the point system is horrible, no time to find out information

Awful structure

Pros

Pay is decent, work attire is casual, vacation time is standard, cool environment.

Cons

The structure is terrible. Leadership is not on the same page across the board. There is no official training which is a massive disservice to new employees. Despite their being processes in place, if is dependent on how your leadership feels that day. The Legal department is treated as the red-headed step child, while the Creative Studio is treated like the golden child. Beware if you end up in Creative Studio, you may be part of a mass layoff with no warning which happened November 2024. Take every measure possible and research. I love what I do, but the organization is not good.

Pros

What better job is there than inventing theme park rides? The company is full of talented people, and everyone is Type A high acheiver.

Cons

With a house full of Type A personalities, there is bound to be friction. That should be expected. The people who excel and last at the company year after year are the ones who manage to rise above the high school drama and focus on the work.
