Pros

Decent pay Theme park benefits Not hard work

Cons

Horrible hours, start time could be as early as 5am. They do expect you to work overnight shifts no exceptions. You can try and give away or swap shifts.

Pros

Universal offers some amazing perks and benefits. The job is easy and you get to interact with and meet people from all over the world.

Cons

Attractions Operations has a very negative culture. Leadership doesn't want you to disagree with them or have different opinions. Very elitist attitude and culture. When I left I was told by my manager I'd be begging for my job back within 6 months.
