Pros

$$$$$. Flexible hours, changing lives for the better and the money is rewarding also. You can have a future with pay system.

Cons

Management is micro management. 70 hours a week. No vacation time or sick time but you can take off when needed but better hit goal. Day job and oh yeah night job also. Better have a strong life partner to take this job

Pros

Flexible work schedule and pay was pretty good in IT.

Cons

Where to start? Most of leaders here in IT are so worried about getting promotions that they will lie and scheme to get there. There is no open door policy or care for you as a human being, regardless of what they say. Upper managers have their favorites, and allow them to get away with anything, even at the cost of the students and organization. It used to be a wonderful place to work before they promoted some real pieces of work to VP level in IT. You can't trust the upper management there as they are too worried about their own butt to care about the people actually performing. I am, along with most others in IT, looking to get out.

Pros

Used to enjoy, were good people, but Admissions Leadership and Campus Director here in NC are unbearable. Some of the events were ok.

Cons

Constant pressure on sales goals Disregard for what is good for the student and their family, only the $ they bring to UTI. Mass disorganization. Leadership here is non existent. Manage by pressure tactics.
