Great people work here. Unfortunately UT Medical Group now known as University Clinical Health doesn't care about its employees. Incorrect CEO shown above.

Terrible company culture, inability to advance, benefits keep changing for the worse, upper management heavy, no professional development options, unsatisfactory work life balance

UT Medical Group would change you from one position to another. Even though you may have applied for one position, they would place you in another position where they felt like they needed you most.
