Pros

Before 2013 we had good really good benefits

Cons

Too many changes which makes the employees uncomfortable. I'm not sure if I would recommend anyone to come work here for long term purposes.

Pros

Up to 2013, had decent benefits for a healthcare company, For many years it was a great employer.

Cons

constant changes in leadership and reductions in staff. It was heartbreaking to see it being broken down so deliberately. Only a shell of its former self. if looking for a future, its not at this entity - so don't sip the kool-aid.
