      The benefits that University Clinical Health provides.

      Cons

      Poor management. Management does not appreciate their employees. There is a-lot of micromanagement. When funds run low they get rid of people in the lab to maintain the high paying positions in management. They lie and make promises that they can not fulfill. They change your work schedules so frequently that there is no work, life balance.
