You get paid on time., incentives can be good.

Cons

Management is led by favoritism, knowing your job and being good at what you were trained to do have nothing to do with how likely you are to receive a promotion or raise. Complaining to HR or trying to reach Tony are lost efforts.

The atmosphere within the company is great for people who enjoy working with others. There truly is a sense of community and camaraderie with my colleagues.

Cons

Coming from a job that paid $60,000+ to one that pays almost 1/2 it can be a bit daunting. But that is not the companies fault.
