Good people, great benefits, and fair pay. The opportunity to learn and grow with the company is also made available for all employees and all levels.

Cons

Technology is one area that can be improved upon. They have some talented people and may need to prioritize projects. I'm confident we will catch up to current technology in the FI industry.

You get paid on time., incentives can be good.

Cons

Management is led by favoritism, knowing your job and being good at what you were trained to do have nothing to do with how likely you are to receive a promotion or raise. Complaining to HR or trying to reach Tony are lost efforts.
