Pros
From Teller to PFR III, there are clear directions for advancement. The pay is in the 95th percentile. There are also opportunities to move into different departments. There is a sense of community and care.
Cons
Leaders of UFCU say it's like a family. Sometimes, it's like a gossipy, dysfunctional family. Still probably worth dealing with some of that for how high the pay is if you work hard.
