Pros

Great work-life balance if you can avoid the chaos. - Some talented colleagues who are genuinely passionate about their work. - Good benefits and compensation.

Cons

- The leadership team is a disaster. The worst part is one individual who has an extremely toxic, narcissistic approach to management. They constantly undermine others, take credit for work that isn’t theirs, and create an environment where employees are constantly walking on eggshells. - Communication from leadership is non-existent or misleading, and there’s no accountability for poor decisions or behavior. - High turnover, as people get fed up and leave in frustration. - Lack of career growth opportunities; if you’re not part of the inner circle, you’re invisible. - Extremely poor morale—many employees are unhappy but feel powerless to speak up.
