depending on what dept you are in and the manager/director at the time this place can be good or bad. Turnovers happen a lot, unqualified people seem to get hired often for upper levels while qualified people are not moved up. Raises for majority of workers are usually only 1%while insurance costs go up more than that so really you don't get a raise.

It all depends on what you're looking for. The hospital has a lot of turn over and it seems to me that it is a result of an outdated organizational culture. There is little room for innovation, risk taking, and therefore growth both for an employee as for the organization as a whole. Superficial support later translates into red tape. If you're looking for a stable career with no growth, just your basic 9-5, this could be for you. Not so for me.
