Business Outlook
Pros
Great health insurance if you use care through the hospital. Not as great if you go outside a narrow network 401K benefits are great
Cons
Have to use PTO for holidays, no option to go unpaid for the holidays and ultimately, this means less PTO for when you want to use it. Also have to build PTO with each check, doesn't give a bank at the start of year/fiscal year like many other NP positions at other facilities. Doesn't have opportunities for raises based on performance (billing and patient feedback).
