Pros

The school allowed to work part time and take classes. I got to try some interesting projects and make some money at the same time.

Cons

Most of the work was fairly basic and deadlines seemed very soft.

Pros

It is the largest employer is Rochester and covers several colleges within its auspices as well as a medical center. Opportunites are spread through-out the University affording many options. Three of the schools within the University are top ranked by Business Week and US News and World Report, which tends to influence salary in a positive way for its employees.

Cons

Benefits, particulaly healthcare are becoming more and more expensive for employees. Parking is costly and in many along walk from your location...especially in the winter.
