about 26 PTO days a year.

Cons

no raises, very little to no room for growth, salaries way way way below market value, if your in the news department you are treated like a machine.

Company benefits are pretty good, office setting was very nice as well, and some people are very kind.

Cons

Unfortunately a lot of people are in their own social cliques and it made it very hard to learn and do work. Often found myself excluded. Some of management is very overbearing. HR was absolutely horrible to deal with and had absolutely no compassion at all.
