The office is nice, lots of snacks and drinks. The pay is a bit better then other VFX companies.

Cons

Unprofessional ego driven leads that doesn’t know how to explain themselves and the client ideas. Passive aggressive approach, Disconnected management and unprofessional managers , feels like most the leads and managers are untrained. Lacking diversity
