No job security, even when full time permanent. Total lack of logic in work placement. Nobody is in the right position. No real world training or budget for same. Office politics rules. Forced fake smiles, even more extreme than any other employer. Expected to work strange hours. Management are clueless and unqualified. Irish office is just a farce. Expect to be treated like you are lucky to be viewed by your US overlords. Bate and switch hiring at a despicable level. Management shuffle each other to avoid any responsibility. Colleagues will tell you to just put up and shut up.

A company once known for appreciating and paying its staff well was reciprocated by knowledgable and committed employees. However this has changed over the years, with a girls playground mentality between management, promotion and pay increases (including bonuses) favouring friends as opposed to those more deserving has left massive holes across departments with leavers shooting the roof, and a bitter taste for many of those who have stayed in hope of better things to come (don’t hold your breath).
