Pros

Competitive pension. Dorking office pleasant. Clear purpose from CEO

Cons

This organisation was once viewed as a positive place to work, but that has significantly changed over time. The culture has become highly rigid and inflexible, with policies that do not align with the values the company promotes externally. Attendance requirements are enforced strictly with little to no consideration for individual circumstances, creating a working environment that feels unsupportive and out of step with modern industry practices. There is also a noticeable imbalance in how benefits are distributed across different levels, with certain groups receiving access to healthcare options that are not available to others. Despite operating in the health and wellbeing space, employee benefits are limited and do not reflect a strong commitment to staff wellbeing or preventative care. Overall, employees are not made to feel valued or trusted, and policies prioritise control over flexibility. While the company positions itself as a leader in its field, its internal approach to people management does not reflect this.

Pros

Free fruit Work from home option (kind of)

Cons

No job security, even when full time permanent. Total lack of logic in work placement. Nobody is in the right position. No real world training or budget for same. Office politics rules. Forced fake smiles, even more extreme than any other employer. Expected to work strange hours. Management are clueless and unqualified. Irish office is just a farce. Expect to be treated like you are lucky to be viewed by your US overlords. Bate and switch hiring at a despicable level. Management shuffle each other to avoid any responsibility. Colleagues will tell you to just put up and shut up.

Overworked, undervalued & toxic ‘colleagues’

Pros

The office grounds itself (Dorking) is pretty, not fit for purpose… but pretty. (Advice for new starters - do your best to suck up, be female, and be a working mum… you’ll ’fit in’ and be promoted in no time)

Cons

A company once known for appreciating and paying its staff well was reciprocated by knowledgable and committed employees. However this has changed over the years, with a girls playground mentality between management, promotion and pay increases (including bonuses) favouring friends as opposed to those more deserving has left massive holes across departments with leavers shooting the roof, and a bitter taste for many of those who have stayed in hope of better things to come (don’t hold your breath). View all the reviews. Positive reviews for this corrupt and toxic company are predominantly from staff in the states, or management in the UK. Delve deeper and you’ll see the recurring themes.
