It's all about diversity and inclusion. Specifically, according to an HR AVP, "White Males" are not considered diverse. The expectations are unreal most of the time. The budgets are not adequate to accomplish the desired outcomes. Senior/Executive management does not have the backbone to make very hard business decisions which continually results in failed initiatives and massive cost overruns. The open-office structure makes it impossible for some people to focus due to the noise and commotion.

An incompetent structure, disconnected and uninformed management, archaic systems, minimal pay for expected results, lack of realistic upward mobility.
