Easy to make great friends here and generous paid time-off

Cons

Culture of fear from the top down that negatively impacts office culture. Most people seem miserable. Job eliminations can happen at any time, creating the feeling that no one is safe and you have to work three jobs for the compensation of one. Response to COVID was slow and confusing, and the communications regarding a return to work strategy were misleading and lacked transparency. There are some fantastic managers, but they are so stretched for capacity that you're lucky if you meet with them once every other month.

Pto, supportive direct management, compensation, benefits, remote work and flexible scheduling. 6 week paid maternity and paternity leave.

Cons

Work life balance is near impossible to maintain if you want to keep up with your work. Extremely metric driven, hard to take care of your caseload while also meeting metrics. Sometimes the claimant can bear the brunt of that downfall.
