Great employee to employee relationships. Awesome swag, great location, great health care perks and free treats!! Lots of cool games and lunch !!!

Cons

High school mentality, if your not part of the inner circle you often get pushed aside. Upper management is often hard to locate and when they are around you don't know what to expect.

I've been here for a year and I love the working environment! We have an amazing office with awesome views of the bay. The leadership is incredible and best in the industry. Our technology team is very innovative and on top of the latest tech stacks. Overall Upgrade has a very fun environment that also manages to facilitate career development.

Cons

The construction around the new office has been slightly disruptive, but I know that is for a good cause and will be worth the inconvenience in the long run
