As a startup company, they have a long road ahead of them. Other companies have gone full speed ahead with their technology, yet with Upgrade, they still don't have their stuff together. Everything changes on a daily basis because turnover rate has become so high. By the time you get done with training, 50% of what you learned is no longer applied once you are on the floor. Essentially it is a waste of time. Managers walk up and down the aisles making sure you're answering the calls or they get mad at you. There will be times when you're on your break and the Director will come and ask you to get back on the calls (yup, while you're on break!) Very few of the managers are professional and willing to lend a hand, but others just have absolutely no idea of the company's own policies or procedures and will question you about it. Call volume is so high, Credit Specialist 1's are not able to handle it on their own. If you prefer not to have a manager hover over you, apply to be a Credit Specialist 2, they are treated much differently and have completely different goals. Communication within the managers is null. Credit Specialist 1's are really aka Customer Service.
