Pros

Upgrade has the startup feel with an experienced team. The company is still small though growing quickly and has the startup, scrappy feel. It's very collaborative and the organization is flat. The CEO walks around the floor and is approachable which is a definite contrast from my previous firm. Since the team has done this before, there's a purpose and no BS'ing in the work that we do which is refreshing.

Cons

Since the company is still growing the floor can get pretty quiet.
