They are very disciplined in what they prioritize. Many long time employees, low turn over.

Cons

Runs like a bank; very structured, lack of creativity. Salary and benefits are pretty stingy. Level below C-suite doesn't provide much direction or transparency. No performance reviews, which is a pro and con; you never know how you are doing. Not much room for upward mobility. Very tech run company.
