      Free snacks and cool downtown location in Phoenix.

      Cons

      Low pay, long hours, no room for career growth unless your a previous Prosper or even better Lending Club employee. Any promotion or position worth having has and will go to previous Lending Club employees.

      A Company with Great Results and Amazing Talent

      Pros

      These are seasoned veterans in the Fintech space. The cumulative experience shows with the incredible pace of growth. The new office is beautiful and makes it a great place to get work done!

      Cons

      The neighborhood can be loud at times, but that's what you get in San Francisco.

      There's a clear idea of what success looks like and how to get there. Everybody is rowing in the same direction without the distractions that can plague other young companies. Smart and experience team.
