Good leadership that seems to know what they are doing Good tech stack Remote friendly Good work-life balance

Cons

Benefits seem to be just good enough to say they aren’t bad. 4% 401k match. Decent healthcare. 2 weeks paternity leave is extremely low but not zero. HR gaslit employees who asked in company meetings for that to be reviewed saying that is competitive Stocks are options requiring money to exercise them to maximize benefits Options are given in lieu of compensation adjustments despite extremely high inflation over the years Titles and compensation being decoupled is a weird policy
