- strong execution, GSD culture. strong leadership team. great at prioritizing, and making big plays. no doubt company will be very successful. many growth opportunities for employees - tend to promote from within - good work life balance

Cons

- leadership in product org didn't seem to care much for career development support. focus was so tactical and execution oriented that taking time to discuss career growth and personal development felt framed as entitled and not focused on the "right thing." was made to feel guilty for trying to initiate conversations.
