Managed by managers who never managed...anything
Pros
If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to work inside a fraternity house, this place delivers. Lots of sports talk; football, basketball, golf… all day, every day. Great place if you enjoy doing someone else’s work while they watch ESPN. You’ll learn patience. A lot of it.
Cons
If you’re a woman, you’ll notice quickly that professionalism is optional… for them. Actual work ethic is rare and not exactly rewarded. Managers with zero managerial experience somehow make all the decisions. Quotas built for superheroes, not humans. Big accounts magically disappear into managers’ pockets. Culture fit means: “Are you one of the bros?” Raises? Only if you're a “manager.” Tenure means nothing. Pay is impressively low for the amount of chaos you endure.
