Good products. People are extremely hard-working, friendly, smart. Lots of opportunity as this company is growing through acquisition. Not too confident in their financial picture as their infrastructure is bloated from poor integrations.

Cons

Poor leadership Abysmal marketing Negative culture olks are overwhelmed with work. The company has too many non-contributing chiefs with egos the size of Texas, with very little understanding of program management.

Great original employees from before Upland acquisitions. Flexible work hours to work remotely because management is just happy you haven't quit yet.

Cons

No leadership, no career advancement opportunities, lies and shadiness from management, taking industry leading companies with vision and remolding them into vanilla corporate yes-men that only care about the bottom line.
