People are extremely hard-working, friendly, smart. Lots of opportunity as this company is growing through acquisition. Not too confident in their financial picture as their infrastructure is bloated from poor integrations.

Cons

Folks are overwhelmed with work. The company has too many non-contributing chiefs with egos the size of Texas, with very little understanding of program management.

Pros

Very hard to see the pros with exception to the teams that we were acquired with, though they are all dropping like flies. There is unlimited vacation, but beware of this 'perk', as it is not supported in full.

Cons

Top heavy management. Senior team displays lack of leadership and direction. They ask for feedback quite frequently but never seem to take any action on results from internal and external people. Extreme cuts in development and push to unify all products hinder sales, and personal development (from engineering to service positions) suffer. No 401k or growth opportunity unless the individual happens to be the founder of an unsuspecting acquisition.

Good people in many of underlying software products / lower levels (pre-acquisition companies). Products being stabilized, and matured. Unlimited PTO, emphasis on results-driven work.

Cons

This company is growing mainly through acquisitions, and does not appear to be investing heavily in companies post-acquisition - which limits prospects at those companies.
