Pros

Management is totally committed to the success of the customers and people at the company. This a collection of high performing software companies acquired in the past few years. Huge amount of opportunity for employees to be part of these companies coming together. Very few companies are as open to thoughtful initiative from individual and groups within the company. Very exciting place to be.

Cons

While it is a a public company the culture is very entrepreneurial. For many that is great and filled with opportunity but is not for everyone. It has the the intensity of a startup.

Great potential but not there quite there yet

Pros

For me and many people around me I see great potential for career growth with in Upland. As Upland grows more positions and needs open up for anyone with the energy and ability to fill. Working with this team has been fun and rewarding, the atmosphere is great and the benefits aren't too shabby either.

Cons

This harks back to my first main pro, as Upland grows positions open up and vacuums form. Right now Upland needs leaders to step in, sacrifice, take responsibility, and to lead. Without this it will remain siloed as some other reviewers have mentioned.

Fast growing, innovative company that is changing the way professionals work across Digital Marketing, Project Portfolio Management, IT, Healthcare and Nonprofits. Very senior leadership that is shaping the future of this publicly traded company. Flexible workplace allows people to work where and when they want, which ensures a great work/ life balance.

Cons

The company is still evolving and as a result, roles can change and people often have to wear many hats. The upside is there is a lot of opportunity to work on new things and grow professionally.
