The people are great. The company recently went public. Flexible work environment. Unlimited time off. Able to work from home.

Cons

health plans aren't the greatest. Everyone is playing politics to get ahead. It's really a bunch of small companies grouped into one. No sense of family. Higher management just cares about making their numbers.
