I think that all of the positive reviews here are from marketing, HR, and other people who have a vested interest in making you think this is a sunny place to work; it is not. I encourage you to ignore these positive reviews. I saw none of the positivity bull that anyone is laying here. I worked at one of their acquired companies, and I agree with every bit of the criticism below about the poor quality of the products, the focus on acquisition, no roadmap for the products, and the incompetent, almost non-existent management. If you believe in your product, your people and your work, don't even consider selling your company to these folks. This company is hollow and without any substance. It seems to have one business strategy ... buy companies, gut them of costs (i.e. of the important, knowledgeable people who created and maintain it), and then shop it around to find some sucker to sell it to at a higher price than they paid for it. When they acquire your company, within a short period of time, you will lose all of your good staff and important clients, the workplace will become toxic, and your product will stagnate.
