Cons

Too many to list. High turnover, greedy management, lots of changes in direction. They acquire other companies and cut as much as they can. Profit is what matters, not people. Projects are unpredictable and not based on any well thought out or consistent strategy. Decisions are made based on profits and budgets, not based on true company needs or employees. If you don't want to be part of the overworked, underpaid part of the plan to make them rich then don't apply. Anyone good finds jobs elsewhere and does not stay at Upland long.

Most Co-workers are great, benefits are decent

Cons

Sales team is a mess with the new DSRs. Quotas all around are unattainable with the products we have to sell. Experienced reps are being pushed out for inexperience ones and the sales are taking a hit because of this. New management is over their head and this structure doesn't support the Upland model. Products and the marketing to support them are not keeping up with the competition. No 401k match. I could go on....

Cons

Management is awful, Whole place is a mess for sales people. Remember OTE doesnt mean anything if you cant hit quota. And you wont.
