- People are nice overall

Cons

-Terrible management who have no experience and guidance - Expectations that are set are unattainable and changing every week -LOTS of micromanaging -Seen the CEO maybe once and when you do see him he keeps his head down and doesn't say hi -Terrible pay, no 401K matching -Products are going to tank soon with new free AI tools becoming competitors

Pros

I genuinely like the people around me, both up and down the corporate ladder. Nice folks who laugh a lot.

Cons

Constantly struggling, not competitive pay, primarily hiring junior people as we lose senior people, which leads to a constant struggle to teach and uplevel people who don't know what they're doing. Products are old and are stagnant so an RFP always leads to a loss.
