Pros

They give you 2 budgets (tech budget & wellness budget) every year. At first the job is good and there’s always someone to help you. It’s a good first corporate job.

Cons

They do not pay enough for what you do. They don’t tell you what your position fully includes until after you’re done training. It seems like you have one main task to do, because that’s what they tell you in the interview, then after training they hit you with all the other responsibilities you have. Again, not enough pay. It’s a very boring job and there aren’t much opportunities to grow.
