Lack of communication. Lack of proper documentation. The onboarding program is the worst I have ever seen in any company. Encouraged to ask questions, but ridiculed when you ask. They really need a good mentor mentee program and supervisors and managers need training about management. My supervisor was a nice before I joined and helped in many ways. But after joining, she was struggling with some family issues and made a complete mess of everything. I asked very genuine questions, but she shot then down everytime complaining about waste of time. Then during my performance review she says "you cannot communicate well". HR made my time hell with her misleading advice. Wouldn't respond to emails but only come back to threaten me after she failed to communicate properly. You have to remind her to sometimes solve payment issues which she was in-charge of.

- PTO is accrued, only get 3 days of paid sick leave a year. - Extremely disorganized and dishonest founders of the company. - I was hired on as a loan processor and then they forced all of us to start doing call center work - was not in the job description; came with no pay raise or adequate training. - Does not remotely care about the customer.
