Pros

Smart people, Good benefits package

Cons

You want to play political games? You got it! You want middle management who pretends to know not only what your job is but also their own? You got it! There are some good people at Upstart. The problem is, the company has become such a dog-eat-dog world that those good people are either pushed out, have their voices drowned out, or just stone-walled. People are scared to say anything because it means one of the above.
