Pros

From day one, everyone at Upstream has been welcoming and kind. The amount of encouragement and support I have felt from my coworkers is incomparable to previous roles. Having a hybrid schedule has made it very easy to form relationships and maintain them both in person and online. And there is no better feeling knowing you are working for an organization with such an amazing mission.

Cons

There aren't many cons that I have run into.
